Studio Policies

Welcome to hOMe Studio El Paseo!

At hOMe Studio El Paseo, we are devoted to creating a space where your practice can unfold safely, authentically, and with intention. To support a harmonious experience for all, we invite you to review the following studio guidelines:

Arrival

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class. This allows time to check in, set up your space, and transition into the room with ease. To preserve the flow of class, late entry may not be permitted.

Respect for the Space & Each Other

Our studio is rooted in kindness, presence, and mutual respect. We ask that all guests honor the space, the teachers, and one another. Any behavior that disrupts this environment may not be permitted.

Community Etiquette

At hOMe, we hold a deep commitment to creating a space where all feel welcome, seen, and free to be themselves.

Honor Individual Journeys: Every practice is personal. We ask that you refrain from commenting on others’ bodies, attire, or experience.

Lead with Compassion: This is a judgment-free space grounded in acceptance and support.

Concerns & Communication: If something arises, please connect with our team rather than addressing others directly. We are here to hold the integrity of the space for everyone.

Clothing & Comfort

We encourage attire that allows for freedom of movement while offering appropriate coverage throughout your practice. While we understand that movement can be dynamic, we ask that clothing remains secure and mindful of shared space.

If needed, our team may gently guide adjustments to help maintain a comfortable environment for all.

Health & Safety

Please inform your instructor of any injuries, conditions, or concerns prior to class. Honor your body, move with awareness, and take modifications whenever needed.

Hygiene

Come as you are—clean, comfortable, and scent-conscious. We recommend bringing your own mat and props, though sanitized equipment is available for your use.

Phones & Silence

To preserve the stillness of the space, we ask that all phones are silenced before entering. Please refrain from using devices during class.

Cancellations & Reservations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a fee or loss of class credit.

In-Studio Etiquette

Enter and exit the room quietly. During class, allow yourself—and others—the gift of presence by minimizing conversation and unnecessary movement.

Children & Pets

While we love little ones and furry companions, our space is designed for adult practice. We kindly ask that childcare and pet arrangements are made in advance

Community Connection

hOMe is more than a studio—it’s a gathering place. We encourage connection, shared experience, and meaningful interaction within our community.
