Hot Yoga 26/2
Turn up the heat and step into the transformative experience of our Original Hot Yoga 26/2. This powerful sequence moves through 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room set to 105° with 40% humidity, designed to support deep release and focused awareness.

Power Vinyasa
An energizing, all-levels heated class that invites you to move with strength, freedom, and intention. Breath and movement are seamlessly linked as you flow through dynamic, thoughtfully designed sequences that build heat, challenge endurance, and awaken the entire body. With a focus on strength, stability, and control, this practice encourages you to explore your edge while staying grounded in your breath.

HIIT Pilates

This high-energy class blends Pilates fundamentals with interval training to create a powerful, full-body workout that targets the core while sculpting and toning from head to toe. Turn up the energy and step into a dynamic fusion of yoga, Pilates, strength training, and light plyometrics, designed to sculpt, tone, and energize your entire body. Set in a gently heated room, this class builds internal heat as you move through intentional, music-driven sequences using bodyweight and optional light resistance, supporting strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance.

Barre Sculpt - Warm
A high-energy, low-impact workout that reimagines traditional barre—no rail required. By removing the barre, this class increases core engagement, balance, and body awareness as you move through ballet-inspired isometric exercises, Pilates, and yoga. Expect high repetitions, small controlled pulses, and intentional movements designed to fatigue muscles, sculpt lean strength, and improve posture from the inside out.

Yin Yoga + Sound Bath
Unplug and unwind in this deeply restorative experience that blends the balance of Yin and Yang with the healing power of sound. The class begins with a gentle, grounding flow to awaken the body and release surface tension, gradually guiding you into longer-held Yin postures that target the deeper connective tissues. As the body softens, the mind begins to settle, creating space for a deeper inward connection.
From there, you’ll transition into an immersive sound bath, where soothing tones from singing bowls, chimes, and gongs wash over you in a symphony of stillness. These resonant frequencies are designed to calm the nervous system, promote deep relaxation, and support emotional release. More than just rest, this is a full-body reset, leaving you feeling restored, balanced, and completely at ease.
Yin Yang Yoga
Experience the best of both worlds in this balanced fusion of movement and stillness. This class begins with a gentle, warming flow designed to build strength, circulation, and focus, awakening the body through intentional, breath-led movement. As the energy builds, you’ll transition into the quieter, more introspective side of the practice, allowing the body to slow down and settle.
Through longer-held, passive stretches, Yin invites a deeper release into the connective tissues, supporting flexibility, joint health, and nervous system regulation. This harmonious blend of Yang (active) and Yin (restorative) creates a full-spectrum experience, leaving you feeling both energized and grounded, strong yet softened, balanced in both body and mind.

Sound Bath
Sound Healing helps you relax your nervous system so that you can be more present & focused in your job, with your family, and in your life, without the distraction of stress and anxiety.
During a Sound Healing session, the facilitator employ a variety of techniques to best assist students on their healing journey using Antique Tibetan Singing Bowls, Biofield Tuning Forks, crystals, colors, sacred geometry, chanting, and Crystal Alchemy Singing bowls, among other instruments.
